Summit Security offers on-call response for noise complaints, suspicious persons on or around the property, common area violations and in some cases, parking enforcement. Summit Security's on-call response service is available 24/7.
Summit Security responds quickly to these non-emergency calls. The nearest patrol in the area will respond in a marked Summit Security vehicle, go the area of complaint, determine the cause of the complaint, and attempt to resolve the issue. Our guards handle the situation and provide two forms of documentation—one for the dispatcher and one for the responding unit or guard.
Summit Security dispatchers log all pertinent information: the time of the call, the property in reference, the location of the complaint, and the parties involved. These logs serve as secondary paperwork to the responding patrol's report.
A report outlining all relevant information will be provided to the property management. Because Summit Security is responding to a complaint, the patrol will scan one of the "deggy" patrol tracking stations to verify his or her response.
